Sink and counter top was beautiful. The laminate flooring was not expected, but done well and kept clean and nice. The beds were comfortable but double size and not queen size as we are used to. It was advertised as double, so do not fault them there. The bathroom had upgrades, but seemed a bit mistreated. Sheets and towels were clean! The room had a faint smoke smell that they seemed to attempt to mask with airfeshener. We almost asked for another room. Breakfast was very good. I was surprised that I could not come into the lobby when I checked in just after 9 pm!
Traveling alone can be scary! I asked some girls at gas station what safest part of town was and they said Bessemer or McCall. I stayed here and they allowed me to park in front of bldg where it’s well lit. Room was clean beds clean.
Nice, clean, well-lit, lots of dining and shopping nearby. The clerks at the desk for very friendly and helpful.
Staff was fine, rooms looked really nice. My only issue was the floor in the room. Looks nice, but walk around a few times bare fitted and the bottom of your feet look like you walked outside.
We have stayed her on several occasions and neither of us had any complaints. And remeber I am the guest that wants to see the room first. And while I am looking I pull back the bed covers all the way down to the mattress. No issues to be reported. Now lets go book the room.. Will most definitely stay again. And the price is resonsable.
My stay here was wonderful! We arrived very late and despite the hour the front desk attendant was friendly, alert, and attentive. We was more than happy to accommodate us with a late check out so we could get some extra rest. The room was extremely clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of comfortable pillows on both beds. I like that the room had a good sized fridge and the TV had a lot of channels, probably 10 different cartoon channels. The breakfast was over the top! The waffles are so fluffy and good. There are plenty of options fruits, cereals, yogurts, breakfast meats, biscuits, gravy, juices, great coffee and more! I highly recommend this hotel!
Nothing special but clean and quiet. Comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave, t.v., hair dryer and coffee in room. Restaurants in walking distance. Slept well.
Cheap place to stay. Great, clean pool. Mannerisms of the employees were not where they should be.
